TriGlobal Strategic Ventures (TGSV), a U.S. venture capital firm, based in New York since October 2003, has been approved for membership in the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC), the USUBC executive committee announced today on behalf of the entire USUBC membership of over 120 companies and organizations who have business operations, investments or other development programs in Ukraine.
TriGlobal Strategic Ventures (TGSV) was founded in 2003 as a venture capital firm with a focus on investment projects in Eastern Europe. With those areas gradually transforming into emerging free market economies, there was a significant gap in cross-border exchange of ideas, technologies, and expertise between those regions and the West.
With a comprehensive network of global contacts extending to the highest levels of political, business, and philanthropic circles, Vitaly Pruss, president, along with his partners Andrey Drobyshev and Leonid Kofman, have developed TriGlobal Strategic Ventures (TGSV) into an international business consulting company that would assist Western clients in furthering their business interests in the emerging economies of the former Soviet Union.
Today, TGSV is a leading business consulting company providing strategic advice and connecting clients in the United States, Europe, Asia, Russia and Ukraine.
USUBC is very pleased to have TriGlobal Strategic Ventures (TGSV) as a member,” said Morgan Williams, Director, Government Affairs, Washington Office, SigmaBleyzer Emerging Markets Private Equity Investment Group, www.SigmaBleyzer.com, who serves as President/CEO of the U.S.-Ukraine Business Council (USUBC). “I have known Vitaly Pruss for several years and have been aware of his outstanding work in the US and Ukraine.”
USUBC now has a membership base of 120 companies and organizations which allows USUBC to provide its new members such as TGSV with a full-time operation and a significantly expanded program of work,” according to USUBC membership director, Iryna Teluk.
